1) Can I purchase tickets to the event without hotel accommodations?

No. The major functions are PACKAGED events that include hotel, meetings and some group meal functions. You must stay in our hotel block to participate. R3Global has designed it this way for several reasons. First, we are a TEAM and this is the best way to serve the entire team.

Next, the leadership of R3Global understands the need for a “distraction free” weekend away from the responsibilities of home. Plan to “rub shoulders” all weekend with leaders that have successfully built MonaVie.

2) Can I bring my children into the meeting?

No. We strongly encourage you to arrange for childcare. This is a business meeting and all attendees deserve an uninterrupted learning environment. Ages 16 and above may attend upon purchase of package.

3) Can my children stay in my room for free?

Yes, however bed types are assigned according to paying attendees in the room and beds for children are upon availability ONLY. Often the rooms with two beds are all used for paying adults. You can reserve a rollaway bed with the hotel (also upon availability) at an additional expense.

4) Can my children attend meals with me?

Generally no, however, if there is space available on site, we will sell meal tickets for children.

5) How late can I register?

We encourage early registration and give an “early bird” price break. If we anticipate a sell out, we will post a notice on www.brighart.com. If the on-line registration option has expired, you may download a hard copy of the application and BRING IT WITH YOU TO THE ON SITE REGISTRATION. If you choose this option, please arrive early on the day of on site registration or send your application with someone that could register early for you on site.

6) How many beds will be in my room?

Rooms with ONE bed are for Single occupants and for couples. Rooms with TWO beds are reserved for TRIPLE or QUAD packages (or for roommates that do not appear to be couples). We will do our best to accommodate adults with the proper room configuration. Again, beds are NOT guaranteed for children.
