2. How can I find out what hotel I will be staying in during the event?

Hotel confirmations will be mailed three weeks before the date of your Leadership 2010 function.

For Leadership West Coast:

Hotel confirmations will be mailed March 12, 2010. If you register after this date, come to the CPI Registration Desk on Friday, March 26, 2010 for your hotel assignment. The CPI Registration Desk is located at event venue/host hotel, the Hilton Ana heim, 777 Convention Way, Anaheim, California 92802.

For Leadership East Coast:

Hotel confirmations will be mailed April 16, 2010. If you register after this date, come to the CPI Registration Desk on Friday, April 20, 2010 for your hotel assignment. The CPI Registration Desk is located at event venue/host hotel, the OMNI Hotel at the CNN Center, 100 CNN Center, Atlanta, Georgia 30303.

3. How do I arrange to arrive early or depart later?

All arrangements for extra nights should be made through Convention Planning. The extra night cost is listed on the registration application (either online or in print). If you already sent in your registration form, please mail your request to CPI. Be sure to specify the extra nights as well as reference the event you will be attending.

4. How does Convention Planning decide my hotel placement?

Room assignments are handled on a first come first served basis. Once the Host Hotel has been filled, rooms are assigned based upon the next closest property to the meeting.

5. Will the unpaid balance automatically be charged to my credit card?

Yes! As a convenience to you, the balance will be charged to your credit card at the cut-off date indicated on the on-line form or print application. Please make sure there are ample funds available to cover the balance.

For Leadership West Coast:

Balances to credit cards will be charged on February 19, 2010.

For Leadership East Coast:

Balances to credit cards will be charged on March 15, 2010.

6. Is shuttle service provided from the airport to my hotel?

Convention Planning does not provide transportation from the airport. It is the responsibility of the guest to arrange this. Please contact the Host Hotel should you desire transportation assistance.

7. What is the location of event registration?

The location for event registration is the Host Hotel of your Leadership 2010 function.

For Leadership West Coast:

Hilton Anaheim, 777 Convention Way, Anaheim, California 92802.

For Leadership East Coast:

OMNI Hotel at the CNN Center, 100 CNN Center, Atlanta, Georgia 30303.

8. What items on the event application are most frequently left incomplete?

  1. The correct arrival and departure dates.
  2. The correct address, including postal/zip code.

9. How do I add additional attendees to my reservation?

You may add additional attendees to your reservation by e-mailing your request to the Convention Planning, Inc (CPI) Reservations Department or by submitting your request in writing to the CPI mailing address. Click here to view CPI contact information.
 
Please give us as much information about your reservation as possible. In addition, please give us written authorization to charge your credit card for the balance. Your message will be processed within one or two business days.
