From Brig’s point of view, network marketing — now referred to referral-based marketing or interactive distribution — is more than an industry. It’s also a science. There’s a science to building a profitable group; there’s a science to managing it properly and there is also a science to sustaining it. “That’s what the MAP and the R3Global Total Support System make available to anyone who chooses to “plug in” and then reap the benefits,” Brig says. “That’s what a support system is all about — helping others to achieve levels of success by using the experience and wisdom of those that preceded them.”

Brig and Lita have set out to build a super team of Field Leaders that can reach the Super Bowl each and every year. Not just to go and play, but to win and win big! “For that to happen,” Brig explains, “everyone on the team needs to commit to a unified plan of action. As Brig explains it, distributors should understand that they are in business for themselves, but not by themselves. A spirit of agreement and unity is vital to having and producing the kind of attitude that will allow R3Global to accomplish the goal of becoming exceptional in the network marketing industry. “You don’t win Super Bowls with a ‘me and only me’ attitude,” Brig points out. “It’s an ‘all for one and one for all’ attitude that needs to be adopted by everyone.”
