Drew Read, Keynote Inspirational Speaker

Drew Read attended the McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee before earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University in Ohio.  After graduation, he was a stockbroker in Cincinnati before relocating to Vidalia in 1994 where he accepted a position at the Paul Anderson Youth Home (PAYH).

During his 13 years with the PAYH, he has served as a teacher, headmaster, and Administrator.  After completing his Master of Business Administration from Emory University in 2004, Drew was named the Chief Operating Officer.    

Drew is married to the former Michelyn McClure of Austin, Texas with whom he has two children: Tristan and Sutton.  He is actively involved in the First Baptist Church of Vidalia as a deacon, the Rotary Club of Vidalia, and is a former member of Leadership Toombs.  In his free time, he enjoys running, cycling, and competing in triathlons.
