Dallin Larsen, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Larsen is a proven sales executive, having led a previous nutritional company to the top of the referral marketing industry.

Mr. Larsen has served on the Board of Directors for the Direct Selling Association in Washington D.C., the governing board for the Direct Sales Industry and has long been recognized as a strong advocate for Distributor and Associate rights.  He earned his BS degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Randy Larsen, Executive Vice President

Mr. Larsen is a seasoned professional as a consultant, author and program developer in the weight management industry for over 20 years, having opened 57 weight loss clinics throughout the United States. 

Dell Brown, Chief Operating Officer

Dell Brown was named Chief Operating Officer in December 2007. He has served as an advisor to the company and General Manager since May 2006. Dell's expertise in operations and strategy derives from his experience gained as a partner in a prestigious consulting firm specializing in the health care industry.

MMSince graduating business school in 1997. Dell owns a BS degree in Zoology from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Northwestern University. Prior to earning his MBA degree, he was the Director of Product Development for Nu Skin Enterprises. During his five years at Nu Skin, Dell successfully launched dozens of new products into the competitive global health and wellness market. In his spare time. Dell enjoys deep-powder skiing, baking Artisan breads, and fly-fishing. He lives in Utah with his wife and two children.

Henry Marsh, Executive Vice President

A four-time US Olympian and current American recordholder in the 3000m steeplechase, Mr. Marsh is an attorney and recognized as an internationally known motivational speaker and author.  Mr. Marsh has consulted with the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports and was a member of the executive board of the U.S. Olympic Committee and the board of trustees for the Salt Lake Olympic Committee for the 2002 Winter Olympics.

Devin D. Thorpe, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Devin is a seasoned executive with proven experience in various corporate finance positions, including Treasurer for another direct selling company. Devin earned a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Ralph Carson, Ph.D., RD, LD, Chief Science Officer

Dr. Carson, a nationally recognized expert in the fields of eating disorders, weight management, child obesity and exercise physiology, is Chief Science Officer, and Co-Founder Monarch Health Sciences.

Mike Kennedy, M.D., Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Kennedy is a board Member of the American Board of Bariatric Medicine, and Chief Medical Officer, and Co-Founder Monarch Health Sciences.

Denise Bruner, M.D., Medical Advisory Board

Dr. Bruner is the Past President, and current Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians, is on the Advisory Council of the American Obesity Association, and is a Founding Member of the Medical Advisory Board, Monarch Health Sciences.
