Open Meetings that are sanctioned & desire to be posted by the R3Global Organization should be:
1. Set up or approved by the Upline Diamond or Above. *** See below in RED ***
2. Should be submitted to your upline Diamond or above - to be entered into the R3Global Events calendar.
3. Open Meetings need be set up and run in accordance to the guidelines posted on back of Guest Registration Sheets.
4. Open Meetings are to be Hosted and Presented by a Ruby Executive or Above.
5. Diamonds and above should counsel with upline Black/Royal/ Pres before booking, so that schedules do not conflict.
We want to work smart and create synergy, not competition.
6. The Assigned Host is fully responsible for running and ensuring the success of the Open Meeting, but the Diamond is
ultimately who has jurisdiction and liability for expenses or costs incurred.
7. Open Meetings are for the Presentation of the MonaVie Opportunity. I.T.S. is the format for the meetings and
we want for all folks attending to expect consistency in how we present the Plan.
8. $5 per person and $2 shots are the standard charges for an R3Global Open Meeting. All seats $5,
R3Global Super Open Teaching & Training Events are $10.
9. Please submit Open Meetings 4-6 weeks in advance so that we can better organize the schedule.
10. Open Meetings should be in areas where a minimum of 100-150 active distributors on Autoship are in attendance.
We as Team R3Global welcome all folks to attend as long as they adhere to the Mission and Objectives set forth by the R3Global Mission Statement (Click HERE to go to page).
*** If meetings are entered for Emerald Exec's and below you MUST put the following statement in the info section of the meeting: "This meeting has been submitted and approved by upline (rank) Diamond, (you)." If this statement is not in the meeting, the meeting will be deleted immediately upon review.
